In person racing is back in Saratoga on Halloween weekend! The two day regatta features junior, collegiate, open and masters events. Age Classifications are as follows: Masters: broken up into 10 year increments for singles, age handicapped for all other events. Line-ups with ages required. Collegiate: Athletes must currently be enrolled in college. Freshmen are first year students while novices must have begun rowing after Jan 1, 2021. Junior: Athletes must be currently enrolled in middle school or high school. Freshmen are 9th grade or younger. Novices must have begun rowing after Jan 1, 2021. Middle school events are denoted by U15 age category.
